What is Serenity Creek?
Serenity Creek is a planned 25-unit luxury, ADA-compliant senior living community located in Sandy Springs, Georgia. It will consist of tiny homes paired with a wellness-focused main amenity hub. The community is designed for affluent retirees who want privacy, an immersive natural environment, and concierge healthcare. The design blends modern resort-style comfort with nature-first landscaping.
What services and amenities are offered at Serenity Creek?
Residences: 25 ADA-compliant tiny homes ranging from 800-1,500 sq ft, each with smart-home technology and premium interiors.
Healthcare: An on-site clinic membership is included in the rent, providing preventive care, telehealth, and custom health plans. The clinic will be equipped with 1-2 physicians and four licensed nurses.
Amenities: A main amenity hub will feature a wellness lounge, a community dining hall with farm-to-table service, golf simulation, movie room and a rehab fitness room. The lobby will have a water wall feature.
Outdoor Features: The community will have walking trails along a natural creek, a signature waterfall with a wooden bridge, fire pits, and a Japanese garden with a koi pond.
Security: The community will have a gated entry with monitored access control, a 24/7 emergency call system in every home, and on-site staff coverage seven days a week.
When will Serenity Creek open?
The flagship location in Sandy Springs, Georgia, is scheduled to have its grand opening in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Serenity Creek's vision is to become the Southeast's premier boutique senior-living brand. The company aims for full occupancy by the fourth quarter of 2026. The plan is to scale and replicate the model into three additional high-value markets within five years, with a second property launch by year four.
